Shipping Protection Policy

We’ve partnered with Route to provide you with peace of mind when shopping. Route’s shipping protection ensures your order is covered in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

*By declining package protection, Arro Athletics is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

*Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.

*Claims for damaged items must be submitted with photos within 5 days of delivery.

*Route must be added to your order at checkout to activate coverage.

Processing Time

*Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

*Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

At Arro Athletics, we partner with the best shipping couriers to provide the most competitive rates and ensure your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that while we strive for timely delivery, delivery dates are not guaranteed by Arro Athletics once a package has been handed off to the courier, as operations are managed externally.


Canadian Orders

*Free shipping on Canadian orders over $120+ CAD (before taxes, discounts, and shipping fees).

*Variable rates based on location or weight.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the courier directly using the information provided in your tracking details. Unfortunately, as we are not the handlers of the service, we do not have additional information beyond what is available on the tracking details. If there has been no activity on the courier’s website for your tracking number, please allow 3-5 business days for potential information delays.


USA Orders 

*Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees: All applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. As required by U.S. customs regulations, these charges must be paid at checkout before your order can be shipped. Unfortunately, parcels cannot be delivered into the U.S. without these payments being completed in advance.

*Shipping Costs: Due to rising carrier prices and increased uncertainty in international shipping, all shipping costs will be covered by the customer. We do not offer free shipping on international orders at this time.

*Customs Processing & Delivery: Delivery times may vary depending on the customs clearance process. Delays caused by customs are outside of our control, but we will provide tracking information so you can follow your shipment’s progress.


International Orders 

*Free shipping is available on international orders over $300+ CAD (before taxes, discounts, and shipping fees).

*Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

*Customs Processing & Delivery: Delivery times may vary depending on the customs clearance process in your country. Delays caused by customs are outside of our control, but we will provide tracking information so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Returns and Exchanges 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless specified by Arro Athletics. 
When an exchange is made, Arro Athletics will cover the shipping cost to you.
