What size should I order?

Take a look at our size chart here. Due to the nature of the silicone in the waist band, we do recommend sizing up if you are between sizes!

Is there anywhere I can try them on before I buy?

AnswerYes, come on down to 1432 Ironwood Street. Our hours are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 10-2. Hours may change on holidays. 

Product Care

How should I wash my Arro products?

We recommend washing your Arro gear on cold, and hanging to dry. We've found that the Olive Green and Wine Red products do tend to bleed on the first wash, so would advise to wash them on their own initially.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my products if they don't fit or I decide they're not right for me?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s how:

Return Policy:

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiation a return.
  • Items must be unworn, with tags still attached, and in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


How to Make a Return:

  1. Send an email to info@arroathletics.com with your return request, please include:
    *Order number
    *Name of the item you are returning
    *Reason for the return
  2. Once approved, you will receive an email with return instructions. Please include the original packing slip or the # order number.
    *Please note without order information we will have to return to sender

    3. Send your items with your preferred carrier to the address that will be sent to you after your return request has been approved.

 
Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@arroathletics.com with a photo of the issue. We'll review it and ship a replacement promptly.

Return Policy:

If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, we'll issue a store credit once we receive the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, we'll refund the original purchaser.
