RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s how:

Return Policy:

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Items must be unworn, with tags still attached, and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


How to Make a Return:

    1. Access the RETURNS PORTAL at the bottom of our website.

    2. Submit your return or exchange request. 

    3. Look out for a confirmation email with return instructions.

    4. Once approved, please include the original packing slip or the order #
      *Please note without order information we will have to return to sender


    Damaged or Defective Items:

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@arroathletics.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and ship a replacement promptly.

    Gift Returns:

    • If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a store credit once we receive the returned item.

    • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll refund the original purchaser.
