Shipping policy

When will I receive my order?
Please allow two business days for us to package and ship your order. All orders will be shipped with Canada Post and shipping times will vary by service selected at check out. During product Drops, due to high order volume, please allow 3–5 business days for processing, packaging, and shipping. 

For Canadian orders, the Canada Post Expedited Parcel service will be selected by default. With this service, your package will arrive within 3-7 business days (may vary by destination). Other services available: XpressPost and Priority.

*Please note that any orders outside of Canada are responsible for shipping, customs fees, duties, and/or taxes required by their country*

For International orders, the Tracked Packet - International option will be selected by default. With this service, you package will arrive within 9-14 business days (may vary by destination). Other services available for International orders: XPressPost International.
